EXPECTATIONS
I expect you to be:
General Information v Tardy Policy: At second tardy, referred to office v Return to locker= 1 tardy v Bathroom Visit=1 tardy (one free visit per six weeks) v Return to office for admittance slip=1 tardy v Work is due when assigned (and I ask for it). If you don’t have it, you will be assigned after school detention until the work is completed. A 20 point penalty will be assigned because the work is late. v Pen must be regular blue or black v Pencil acceptable unless otherwise announced. v No spiral-edged paper turned in. v Paper must be white/recycled. May be written on both sides unless otherwise specified. v Exemptions for Finals: Any ISS or Suspension (even if the offense was not in my class) voids any possible exemption. v Absolutely NO: gum, caps, book bag, cell phones, food, or drink v A 5-point penalty will be assigned any paper that § Does not have proper heading § Lacks capitalization or end punctuation § Must be restapled

ENGLISH II [Grade 10]—blue folder 50% Daily Work 50% Exams/Papers
ENGLISH III Pre AP [GRADE 11]—red folder 40% Daily Work 60% Exams/Papers
English III-R [Grade 11]—red folder 60% Daily Work 40% Exams/Papers
ENGLISH IV [GRADE 12] black or purple folder 60% Daily Work 40% Exams/Papers
AMERICAN HISTORY—yellow folder 40% Daily Work 10% Videos 50% Tests, Papers, Projects
