Current vendors and vendors seeking to do business with the school district are required to complete and file with the district's records administrator a conflict-of-interest questionnaire designed by the Texas Ethics Commission.  The questionnaire must be filed no later than the seventh day after the date that the vendor (1) begins contract discussions or negotiations with the district; or (2) submits to the district an application, response to a request for proposals or bids, correspondence, or another writing related to a potential agreement with the District.
