Santa Anna is equipped with a
Polycom Video Conferencing system.
This system is available for your use.
If you have a conference date and time contact Becky
Loftin
(
becky.loftin@esc18.net or 348-3136) to make sure the Santa Anna ISD
video conferencing equipment is available for that date and time.
Register for the
conference with Region XV, or other school in our conferencing area. (If
the conference is being broadcast from another site, other than Region XV
or outside of our conference area, arrangements must be made to determine
who will incur the charges, if any.)
Once you receive
confirmation that you are registered for the conference let Becky know so
the room can be reserved.
If a conference is cancelled or you
cannot attend please e-mail
becky.loftin@esc18.net
The Santa Anna ISD Video
Conferencing Equipment is reserved on a first come-first served basis.
Once a conference is scheduled it will not be bumped for another. Also
keep in mind that this is technology and technical issues may arise.
